One law firm, four versions of its hourly rate, and the context layer that turns them into one approved answer in every AI tool. Nine short chapters: what goes wrong today, how sources connect, how changes get approved, why a graph needs fewer tokens than a pile of documents, and one chapter where you ask the firm a question yourself.
How to read the graph. Each dot is something the firm knows, coloured by workspace: black firm-wide, blue clients, ochre pricing, purple HR, rust brand. Squares with lines are documents, diamonds processes, dashed rings knowledge someone added by hand. The green line is the path a question takes. Point at anything for details; in chapter 4 and 7 the film stops for you to choose.
A mock-up made from Archer & Summit’s public website. Summit Point Law is the example firm from their product screenshots; its people, clients, prices and token counts are made up. The 25 %, 84 % and 100 % figures and the four-week plan are theirs. Tools are shown as monograms, not their logos.
